I've been riding motorcycles since 1981. I became a certified MSF motorcycle instructor in 1995. I currently have 5 registered motorcycles, and two sidecars.
My interest in roads is related to my work as an instructor/riding coach.
My biggest concern is that elected officials, particularly at the local level don't have a clue how to deal with local traffic. To them everything is about controlling rather than managing traffic. As a result my commute to Marlborough has grown from 40 minute in the mid 90s to 55 minutes at this time. It's time to change the way we think about roads. And there's no reason Fitchburg shouldn't be a leader in this change.

What do we do? Hide in our houses. This is nothing that the prodigious use of billy clubs and tasers won't fix.
